Orders are shipped between one and two business days, Monday through Wednesday. 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

Please make certain that someone is available to properly receive the fish and get them into a tank upon their arrival. We will work with your schedule to help make this possible. 

In the rare even that your fish do not survive shipping, we must receive notification via email, including photos, within four hours of their arrival. If your order does not arrive, or is lost in transit, contact us immediately for a replacement order.
